Turkey & Bacon Kebabs
Ingredients:
- A package of 1/4 inch sliced fresh turkey breast (6 slices)
- 6 rashers of good quality bacon from Trader Joe
- Some dried rosemary
- Olive oil
Method: Dead easy!
- Put some olive oil in a dish and add turkey slices (2.5 inch long strips) and rosemary and smoosh around to cover. Leave 15 minutes.
- Lay a bacon rasher on a board or plate.
- Place a turkey slice on top of it.
- Roll up tightly and put on a skewer.
- Put 3 kebabs per small skewer.
- Barbecue 4 to 5 mins each side or until done.
