Turkey & Bacon Kebabs

Ingredients:
  • A package of 1/4 inch sliced fresh turkey breast (6 slices)
  • 6 rashers of good quality bacon from Trader Joe
  • Some dried rosemary
  • Olive oil

Method: Dead easy!

  • Put some olive oil in a dish and add turkey slices (2.5 inch long strips) and rosemary and smoosh around to cover. Leave 15 minutes.
  • Lay a bacon rasher on a board or plate.
  • Place a turkey slice on top of it.
  • Roll up tightly and put on a skewer.
  • Put 3 kebabs per small skewer.
  • Barbecue 4 to 5 mins each side or until done.
