Yogurt Sauce

1 32 ounce container of low fat yogurt
Cheesecloth
1 TBS lemon juice
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 TBS olive oil
Dried mint (optional)
Salt and Pepper

1. Strain yogurt in cheesecloth until in gets nice and thick.
2. Mix in all ingredients
3. Refrigerate
