Chermoula Sauce

Goes great with grilled lamb.

Ingredients:

1 cup cilantro
1/2 cup parsley
1/2" peeled ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
3 tbs lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp paprica
1 tsp salt

Blend everything until it becomes almost like a mayonnaise. Adjust to taste.

Serve with anything. Very tasty.
